Clothing, Hats, Bags... We Do It All!
Using several decoration methods we can print on a variety of items including stainless steel & ceramic cups, keychains, shirts, hats, and much more. Below are various methods of apparel decorating explained (hey, some people are curious!).
-
Screenprinting - The design is first screen printed onto the transfer paper using plastisol ink, which is then transferred to the garment.
-
Embroidery - stitching designs directly onto the garment with thread
-
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing - digitally printing designs onto film which is directly onto apparel using low heat.
-
Dye sublimation - transferring dye onto polyester fabric using heat.
-
Sublimation - a digital printing method that uses heat and pressure to transfer a design onto a material. The process involves printing a design onto special paper, then placing the paper onto the material and heating it. The heat turns the ink into a gas, which the material absorbs, creating a permanent print.
-
Heat transfer vinyl- applying a design made from a special vinyl with heat
